Information:

It has been reported BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) on Thinkpad X1 Carbon 4th. This was caused by a disk controller driver (Samsung NVMe). By replacing the current drivers version 1.4.7.6 to version 1.4.7.17, then this problem ceased.
